Unless we notify you of a change:

• Date & time: Friday 20th November, 2026, 6:00 pm
• Venue: MovieTowne, C3, San Fernando
• Screen: Screen 3
• Ticket price: $250.00 TTD per ticket (up to 5 tickets per online checkout)

Event details (including time, screen, or venue within MovieTowne C3) may change for operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to notify purchasers via the email provided at checkout.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the authority of a parent/guardian, to enter a binding ticket purchase. You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

Submitting the registration form creates a request to purchase. A binding sale is formed when:

• Pay online: your card payment is approved by the payment gateway and we (or our systems) record the order as paid; and/or
• Bank transfer: we confirm receipt of the correct cleared funds with your full name in the transfer description.

Until payment is confirmed, your seat is not guaranteed. We may cancel unconfirmed reservations.

Online card payments are processed by Scotiabank / Fiserv on a secure hosted page. We do not receive or store your full card details. Bank transfers must be made to the account shown on this site, for the exact total displayed. Put your full name in the transfer description so we can match your payment.

Prices are stated in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless a test/sandbox gateway displays another currency for technical reasons. You are responsible for any bank fees on your side.

• After successful online payment, a ticket confirmation is sent to the email you provided. Present that email or a clear screenshot at the door.
• Tickets are valid only for the named premiere screening (or any officially rescheduled screening we designate).
• We may refuse entry for tickets that appear duplicated, altered, or fraudulently obtained, without refund where fraud is reasonably suspected.
• Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break at the venue’s discretion; we do not guarantee re-entry mid-screening.
• You must follow venue house rules (including security, food/drink, recording, and behaviour policies). Recording the film without our written permission is prohibited.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest only if you notify us in writing before the event at maria.lewis@mysizzleisland.com with the new guest’s name. Resale for commercial gain or above face value without our consent is not permitted. We may cancel tickets obtained through unauthorised resale.

All site content, branding, trailer embeds, poster artwork, and film-related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of this site.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt payment flows;
• Submit false registration details;
• Use automated means to bulk-purchase tickets beyond the stated limit;
• Harass staff or other guests at the venue.

The film and premiere experience are provided as a cultural / entertainment event. To the fullest extent permitted by Trinidad and Tobago law:

• We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including venue outages, force majeure, third-party payment failures, or ISP issues);
• We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the cinema venue beyond our contractual arrangements with them;
• Our total liability arising out of any ticket purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected tickets;
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under TT law.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of tickets, or unlawful conduct at the event, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your ticket purchase are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. The courts of Trinidad and Tobago have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will show a new “Last updated” date. Purchases already completed remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law.
